Tamsin is a trained Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation teacher based in London.


After burning out multiple times during a 9 year career in the Film Industry Tamsin sees yoga, and other alternative healing modalities, as essential tools for promoting healthy physical, mental and emotional well being. She feels deeply called to hold space for those seeking ease and relief from the effects of our fast paced, highly competitive and externally focused world.


Tamsin has 4.5 years experience in 12 step recovery and has remained sober from drugs and alcohol in that time. For 2.5 years, she has supported women recover from addiction to food including harmful food behaviours using the 12 steps, and in the last 2 years she has been working with PsyCare UK and other welfare teams to provide harm reduction and crisis management services at music festivals. Her welfare work includes holding space for those navigating challenging psychedelic, emotional or psychological experiences, and she thrives off being a supportive presence welcoming whatever is presented to her with warmth and compassion.


Tamsin is excited to draw on her wealth of experience to offer private 1-1 sessions and a new ‘Conscious Connecting’ group offering. Whether you see her privately 1-1, or in a group setting, she ensures an all inclusive, judgment free, safe space where you are encouraged to bring the whole of you to be met, just as you are.
